Mental illness in excess of 21 days
Self Inflicted injuries i.e Mountain climbing, car and horse racing etc.

How Does It Operate?

Once Premium is paid.

Choice of primary provider is made from our Network of providers.
Identification "Magicard" of you and your family is provided.
Medicard enables reciept of treatment at the providers clinic.
Referral to a speciais if necessary at no additional cost.
Admission and or surgery when necessary at no additional cost when the need arises.
No claim forms to fill, No payment to be made apart from the premium already paid.
Treatment out of station in any of the providers clinic nationwide, on presentation of Magicard.

How Do I Choose My Provider?

The decision is really yours but in the excercise of that right, nearness to residence is advised for the sake of the family. You are advised to visit the clinic/Hospital before making your choice from the list.

Can I Choose A Secondary Provider?

No! You can only be referred by your regular primary provider/G.P only when the need arises.

And If My Choice Is Not On The List?

We will visit your choice hospital for inspection and enlisting PROVIDED: If

The Hospital is interested in the scheme.
Meets our set standard.
Is registered with the NHIS and the State Registration Board.

Can I Change My Provider?

In proven cases of disaffection or poor service Yes....
But we will adjucate and ensure fair play.
Such a change is allowed quarterly in the year.
